Recognition, Framework Alignment & Disclosures
Clear distinctions between legal registration, curriculum alignment, program-completion credentials, accreditation, and government licensing authority.
Recognition and accreditation can differ by course, cohort, approval period, and jurisdiction. The current course page and supporting evidence are the source of truth.
Legal registration
MENTISERA Institute of Professional Development is operated by MENTISERA SMC-PRIVATE LIMITED. Corporate registration establishes the legal entity; it does not confer university status or degree-awarding authority.
Program-completion credentials
MENTISERA may issue digitally verifiable certificates confirming completion of published learning requirements. A completion certificate does not automatically constitute a degree, professional licence, or external CPD credit.
Framework alignment
A course may be designed with reference to an external professional or regulatory framework. Alignment describes curriculum design and does not mean endorsement, approval, or accreditation unless current evidence explicitly confirms it.
Licensing authority
Teacher-licensing courses provide preparation. Government and regulatory bodies retain sole authority to assess eligibility and issue or renew professional licences.
