The MENTISERA Foundation provides subsidised and full-fee scholarships to educators, aspiring teachers, and professionals who demonstrate strong potential but face financial barriers. No one should be locked out of quality professional development.
Scholarship Types
Four categories of support, each targeting a different circumstance.
Merit Scholarship
Awarded to applicants with outstanding academic or professional records who demonstrate clear commitment to education.
Need-Based Grant
Full or near-full scholarships for applicants who demonstrate financial hardship alongside strong motivation.
Women in EdTech Bursary
Reserved exclusively for female applicants pursuing teacher training, AI education, or professional development.
Rural Educators Grant
For teachers working in rural, tribal, or under-resourced districts with limited access to professional development.
Who is Eligible?
You must meet criteria in at least one category below. Geographic and financial criteria strengthen your application — meeting both places you in the highest priority tier.
Education & Profession
- Current or aspiring teacher, tutor, or education professional
- Recent graduate of ADE, B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent programme
- Professional seeking career transition into education or EdTech
Geographic Priority
- Tribal districts (FATA/merged districts) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
- South Punjab districts (DG Khan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan divisions)
- Rural Sindh and Balochistan districts
- Any underserved or low-income area of Pakistan
Financial Circumstances
- Monthly household income below PKR 60,000
- No current employer funding or sponsorship for the course
- Unable to self-finance at full fee without hardship
Commitment
- Agrees to complete the programme within the standard duration
- Commits to sharing learning within their school or community
- Provides two references (academic or professional)
Applicants from tribal / merged districts and South Punjab are automatically placed in the highest-priority tier and receive expedited review.

Contact our Admissions team via WhatsApp or email. Provide your name, city, programme of interest, a brief personal statement (150–300 words), and your two references.
Interview & assessment
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief 15–20 minute online interview with our Admissions Committee to discuss motivation and circumstances.
Decision & enrolment
Decisions are communicated within 7 working days of interview. Successful applicants receive a scholarship letter and are enrolled immediately.

Complete access to course materials, recordings, assessments, and the student portal.

QR-verified MENTISERA certificate on successful programme completion.
Career support
Access to our alumni network, job board, and CPD renewal pathways.
Flexible payment plans
Where partial fees apply, interest-free instalment plans are available.
Documents Required
- Valid CNIC or B-Form (for students under 18)
- Most recent academic certificate or transcript
- Personal statement (150–300 words): your background, goals, and why you need support
- Two references — names and contact numbers (academic, employer, or community leader)
- Proof of current employment or enrolment (if applicable)
- Brief financial declaration (monthly household income range)
All documents may be submitted via WhatsApp image, email attachment, or Google Drive link. Physical copies are not required.
