The UAE Teacher Licensing System (TLS), governed by the Ministry of Education (MOE), defines the professional standards and competencies required for teachers in public and most private schools across the United Arab Emirates.

Structure of the UAE TLS Framework

The framework is built on TWO CORE DOMAINS, assessed through two mandatory computer-based MCQ exams.
